Workshops and Series
In addition to our weekly yoga, pilates, restorative movement, and MELT foam rolling movement classes at The Studio, we host workshops and series with wonderful instructors from Hillsborough and throughout the Triangle. In 2019, we have a mindfulness course scheduled as well as workshops that will help you prioritize rest, breathing, and movement.
Keep in mind that class passcards cannot be applied to series sessions or workshops.
