Virtual Classes
We are currently offering virtual classes using Zoom video technology! Here are the current virtual classes:
Virtual Core & More with Larissa Parson
Sundays from 10-10:45am
Please note that you must sign up for class through MindBody at least 30 minutes in advance.
Classes are in EST.
What is Zoom?
Zoom is a video conferencing technology used for virtual meetings, hangouts, and virtual fitness classes. The Zoom website is https://zoom.us/download If this will be your first time using Zoom you can prepare ahead of time by doing a quick Zoom download to your computer.

How do I join a class over Zoom?

Sign up for class through MindBody at least 30 minutes before class. You can do that here. Select "VIRTUAL class" to purchase a $10 class. If it's your first class with The Studio at A Step To Health, your virtual class is on us!

15 minutes before class check your email (the one you use for MindBody) - that's when we'll send you the link to join your Zoom class.

Click on the link in the email. If prompted, select "Open Zoom.us" to open up the app and join the class!

What do I need to join a Zoom class?
If you've got an internet connection and a computer you've got all that you need to join a virtual class! Having a yoga mat will also be helpful if you have one. We also have a quick guide for using household items as props here.

How should I set up?
We recommend setting up your computer facing the long edge of your mat, at a comfortable distance where you can still clearly see the screen without straining your eyes or neck. You can adjust your set-up once class begins or even turn off your camera so no one can see you if you prefer.
