Craving some much-needed rest and recovery? Join Emily Burrows on Sunday, October 27 for Weekend Unwind. During this 2-hour session you'll slow down, catch your breath, and get some rest. We’ll practice a little gentle movement, roll away tension using soft foam rollers, and end with a deep relaxation practice called yoga nidra. Expect to leave feeling relaxed and restored. Feel free to come in your pjs!
