New year, new MELT class!

With the exception of Monday, December 24, when Mindful Yoga is cancelled for the holiday, our class schedule is mostly uninterrupted by the holidays. Join us to practice Yoga, Pilates, Restorative Movement, and MELT Foam Rolling, to stay strong, balanced, and calm as the year winds to an end. You can save your spot in any class at

In the new year, we are adding a weekday MELT Foam Rolling class with Sandy Brady! The new weekly class starts January 16, 2019. Now you can MELT your tension and stresses away twice a week:

Wednesdays from 11am-12:15pm

Saturdays from 11:30am-12:45pm

As with our other weekly classes you can drop in anytime, but it always helps to save your spot online in advance. If there are important announcements about the class you've reserved, like a change in teacher or a cancellation due to a big weather event, you'll get an email notification so you know what to expect.
