Pilates is extended until April 22!

Due to popular demand, we've yet again extended our short-run Pilates drop-in class another 6 weeks! Join Kathleen on Wednesdays at 5:30pm for this 45-minute, beginner-friendly class. You are welcome to use your passcard with The Studio to drop in on Pilates mat sessions. This isn't a progressive series, so feel free to join in on any one session or sign up for all!

Your first visit to The Studio is free if you live in the local area. Please note that space is limited and signing up in advance is strongly recommended at
